The Pendant

Keysafes are miniature safes designed specifically to hold a set of keys. They tend to be fastened onto the outside of your home. With our Telecare alarm service, our care team are instructed to get in touch with your specified emergency contacts if you need urgent assistance. The benefit of a keysafe is that it allows them easy access to your property so that they can give you the help you need.
The safe is programmed with a numeric code, one selected by you, which is shared only with our care team, your emergency contacts and, if necessary, paramedics.
Risk of fall can really hamper elderly patients' quality of life. The benefit of a telecare alarm system is that it really mitigates that risk by giving them easy access to help.

Of course, both of our price plans come with free 24-hour delivery so that you can have your new alarm and pendant installed sooner, rather than later.
Once installed the alarm user will be covered by our 24-hour Monitoring Team. Should they need help, day or night, all they need to do is simply push the Telecare pendant and a member of the team will respond within seconds.
The Monitoring Team will then take appropriate action to ensure the user gets help - whether this is contacting a relative or the emergency services. Ensure help can gain access to the property with a Keysafe.
