Telecare Choice in Birkenhead
The Telecare Choice alarm service in Birkenhead includes a plug and pay base unit, the wireless waterproof pendant (known as the MyAmie pendant) and the wrist strap and neck chord attachments. The alarm package also includes monitoring from our highly trained UK based monitoring centres.
We offer a range of price packages to suit all budgets and as the alarm is classed as medical equipment, anyone suffering with a long term health condition is VAT exempt and so doesn't have to pay VAT on the alarm system.

The Telecare Alarm has numerous features which work to assist and support the people of Birkenhead.
The alarm itself is plugged into the main telephone line which means it's able to call through to our monitoring centre. It features a built-in microphone and loudspeaker, enabling clear communication between the monitoring centre and alarm user.
The alarm functions via the red MyAmie pendant, it's a small and discreet pendant which is pushed in the case of an emergency and triggers an alarm call to our monitoring centre.

Alongside the Telecare alarm we offer a range of accessories for you to purchase. These accessories include a range of Keysafes and the Telecare Smoke Detector.
Supra C500 - A Police approved key sages which has the LPS1175 Level 1 security rating.
Burton Keyguard XL - Also Police approves, this keysafe has been independently security tested.
KeyKeeper - This is our cheapest keysafe, but it still offers great protection and adds security to your home.

Telecare Choice offer two simple price plans to ensure that you can get your personal alarm up and running as soon as possible.
Of course, both of our price plans come with free 24-hour delivery so that you can have your new alarm and pendant installed sooner, rather than later.
Once installed the alarm user will be covered by our 24-hour Monitoring Team. Should they need help, day or night, all they need to do is simply push the Telecare pendant and a member of the team will respond within seconds.
The Monitoring Team will then take appropriate action to ensure the user gets help - whether this is contacting a relative or the emergency services. Ensure help can gain access to the property with a Keysafe.
