Supra C500 Keysafe
The Supra C500 is the ideal accompaniment to our other telecare products. The C500 allows a spare key to be easily accessed by family, neighbours or medical professionals whilst remaining inaccessible to potential intruders.
The Supra C500 is one of only two keysafes in the UK to have Police approval. In addition to this, the C500 has also achieved the LPS 1175 Level 1 security rating. This means that, after undergoing rigorous tests, security experts have deemed the C500 as resistant to attack as a domestic front door.
A keysafe is useful in situations where there are no keyholders available to gain access to an alarm user’s property. A keysafe means that an emergency contact or a medical professional can access the property quickly and without causing any damage.
The C500 measures 80mm x 150mm x 64mm and will fit most modern keys.

Fall Detector Annual
The Telecare Choice Fall Detector is a discreet device that can be worn around the neck or on the wrist and ensures total peace of mind. If a fall is detected, an alert is sent to our 24/7 monitoring centre who will then arrange the necessary support which can include contacting carers or emergency services.
Our Fall Detector package includes the Lifeline base unit and the state of the art Vibby Fall Detector. An alert can be activated through the Fall Detector or directly through the base unit.
The package includes both the rental of the Telecare equipment and 24 hour monitoring from our monitoring centre. The Telecare equipment includes the plug and play base unit, the wireless waterproof Fall Detector button and a choice of wrist strap and necklace attachments. If you or the person you are purchasing for is ill or disabled you do not have to pay VAT for the alarm service.

The Telecare Alarm Annual Package is the best value alarm package that we offer. By paying once a year you will save £20 on the annual cost of the system, compared to our monthly plan. £39 Setup Fee applies (or £46.80 including VAT)*
